1. Purpose of FreeClassNotes
FreeClassNotes is an educational platform that provides notes, quizzes, articles, and learning resources for students. Some content is free, while other features require a paid subscription.

3. Premium Membership & Payments
Some features on FreeClassNotes require payment, including but not limited to:

- Access to reward-based competitions
Important: All payments are processed via supported payment methods such as Mobile Money or other approved gateways. By making a payment, you agree that the service is delivered immediately.
- Payments are non-refundable once access has been granted.
- Subscription duration and benefits are clearly stated before payment.
- Attempting chargebacks or fraudulent payment activity will result in account suspension.
4. Quizzes, Rewards & Earnings
FreeClassNotes may offer quizzes with rewards or incentives.
- Each quiz has its own rules, duration, and reward structure.
- Rewards depend on performance, fairness, and verification.
- Any attempt to cheat, manipulate scores, or exploit system weaknesses will lead to disqualification.
- FreeClassNotes reserves the right to withhold rewards in cases of suspected fraud or abuse.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Hack, attack, or attempt to bypass security measures
- Exploit bugs, loopholes, or reward systems
- Post offensive, illegal, or misleading content
- Copy, sell, or redistribute content without permission

All content on FreeClassNotes (including notes, quizzes, designs, and code) belongs to FreeClassNotes unless stated otherwise.
- You may use content for personal educational purposes only.
- Commercial use without written permission is prohibited.
7. Advertisements
FreeClassNotes may display third-party advertisements (e.g., Google AdSense).
- We do not control advertiser content.
- Clicks and interactions are between you and the advertiser.
